This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  Condo was nice. Exactly as pictures looked. Nice to sit on balcony and drink my morning coffee. Surprised it was not gated but still felt safe. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Only draw back no safety handles in shower. Shower was beautiful but needed an added safety feature. Family atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay!

  The place was really nice and clean. We were right on the beach and the place had everything that we needed. I spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the ocean. There was a nice mall close by to shop. Years ago I used to visit Windancer. 203 is the nicest condo I’ve been in.

  We have rented at the Windancer for the last 4 years in a row. We have stayed in the same room every year but changed to room 203 this year. We loved the updated condo and you cannot beat the location. It keeps us coming back. Renting through modern beach was easy and the contact and help from the owner was great.   The condo has it all and the hardest part of our vacation was leaving this amazing condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and updated. Amazing view and easy beach access. We walked to local delicious restaurants and shopping. Added bonus was the beach and umbrella chairs with a very kind and personable attendant.. The property management responded quickly and were very accommodating with our arrival and departure. We will be back without hesitation.

  Everything great about the unit - clean, renovated, wonderful view, easy to get to the beach, water beautiful. Loved the andirondack chairs on the balcony. Our second stay at Windancer and we’ll be back. Only drawback was #103 under us being renovated - Thanksgiving Day they took off but the last two days was constant sawing and banging throughout the day. But shouldn’t be a deterrent once they’re finished.

  We really like our week in Miramar Beach. The beach was beautiful and our condo at Windancer was directly on the beach and just steps to our beach chairs and umbrella. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The management at Modern Beach Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to help me receive a medical supply that was being shipped to me. One of the staff members had me have it shipped to her home address and she delivered it to our door. Very much appreciated.

  Really amazing, everything was super easy from the booking to access the unit, the beach chair. We had an issue with the toaster that caught our bread on fire! We had a new toaster that same day! Amazing customer service!! The unit was also very clean, the king size bed was amazing!! Everything was top notch!

  I love that this is only 48 units! The location is great for not having to mess with Destin traffic, Winn Dixie, Chik Fil A, Panera, outlets all super close. So nice to have a pool that’s beachside and super great to have beach chair service certain times of year, the guys that run it are sooo nice and helpful. The property was clean although it would be better if the bedroom had carpet but can’t really complain for a rental that gets weekly wear. Overall it could use a few upgrades. Customer service was great! I was contacted the day after check in to make sure all was well, my concerns were taken care of the next day. The people above up were loud, as in could hear the walking constantly, hopefully it was just that they are loud walkers! We did smell marijuana at least 3 nights during our stay, as in it infiltrated our condo and had to open balcony door, I realize this isn’t owners problem because there are signs saying not permitted just people not caring about other people. Overall I would recommend this unit for being on the beach, ocean view, small unit, and great customer service.
