This 2nd Floor Windancer unit offers breathtaking views, a Gulf-Front Pool, and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge!) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  Above and beyond what we expected. I can't imagine a better location. A few steps from walking on a white sandy beach every day. Variety of Restaurants within walking distance. A really big Mall within walking distance. A warm pool for the chillier days. Stayed the last week of February and was able to work on a tan 6 of the 7 days.

  The rental was in the perfect location . Parking was perfect however we did go off season. The Management company my contact "Donna" was amazing , we have stayed in a lot of rental and I have never had customer service like Donna checking in and making sure we were comfortable . The only thing I was say and I hate to say it but the only thing that needs to improve would be when we first walked-in it had musky old smell, and the rental has some age with upgrades but , the tile and the doors need to update cause that makes the rental look dirty when its not , and maybe more comfortable couch . But the bed was comfy , and the kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook ..

  Room needs to be renovated and new furniture!!
  Did not feel clean as the rugs were jute and very old.
  Leak under the sink the entire trip so the smell was very unpleasant. They responded and tried to repair very quickly.
  Ice maker never worked.
  Bathtub was old and drain did not work well, hated putting my kids in this tub.
  Overall, I would not stay or recommend this exact unit without upgrades being completed.

  Our stay here was most memorable and much needed! The condo was just as described and nicely stocked with essentials. The communication with the owner was superb, ensuring our needs were met. The view from the end unit balcony allowed for some pretty impressive pictures as well. One photo we’re having enlarged and hanging above our fireplace mantle. The daily beach service is definitely a big plus too. Great times and a great experience. Looking forward to our return trip!

  We visit the Destin/Miramar beach Area every year. This was our first time staying at Windancer. First the management team/service was exceptional. They stayed in contact with us when our trip got close and ensured that we had all of the information to access the unit, WiFi and the beach. Windancer 201 was also equipped with everything we needed to start our stay toilet paper, paper towels. Laundry detergent and pretty much anything you needed in the kitchen. The beach access was super easy and you are right on the beach. The balcony is a nice size and looks straight out to the ocean. Sitting and drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning is breathtaking. You are walking distance to fast food thru high end food. You even have a outlet mall in walking distance if you like that stuff. This is a great place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. I will be staying there again.

  We arrived to find the unit very dark. Lamps were broken. A broken cabinet door in the kitchen. A very dark overhead lighting in unit except in the kitchen. Poor lighting in the bathrooms. The paint is outdated in a dark taupe making the unit feel tight and dark. There was hair on the shower surround of the tub/shower. There was hair on a few of the bath linens. The unit is very loud. You can hear your neighbors walking around above you. The only positive about this unit is the beachfront view. There were people smoking at the pool(below your balcony) and while on their balconies, so while sitting outside enjoying the view/ocean waves & coffee, you were smelling & breathing the smoke. So we'd have to move inside. I was under the impression it was a "smoke free" environment.?? Very Disappointing. Overall a poor rental. We will not be back.

  This unit was decorated beautifully and offered a nice ocean view. It is, however, in need of a deep clean and to be repainted throughout due to so much use. We did have one issue arise during our stay, but management addressed things quickly and accommodated us. Their customer service was great! We were honestly very impressed!

  First, the mattress was horrible; not able to sleep on the mattress it was so old and worn out. However, the management did send me a text asking how it was going. That was great. The next day they brought us a new mattress. Management stayed in contact with me the entire stay. So, our stay started out rough but finished with a great week right on the beach. We hope to stay at this property when vacation comes again. The beach, the view of the ocean and sunsets, the location cannot be better.

  This was our second stay at Windancer. The location of this property is the best, can't be beat....directly on the beach, tucked away, off the road! That being said, the property is showing signs of wear and is in need of repair.
  
  We stayed in 201 this time. It is an end unit - more windows and light coming in which was nice. No complaints about the unit itself but it's definitely time for new furniture. The couch and chairs were dirty and worn. A curtain in the bedroom for guests who want to sleep in would be nice. And, I'll reluctantly mention the mattress. I realize that everyone has different likes/dislikes when it comes to a mattress but this one had a hump in the middle and was sagging underneath.
