This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  Not new and shiny, but a hidden gem. Location is great for beach and could use some paint touch up, but we weren’t there to look at the walls. Management responded to my comments about low water pressure and checked on us during the stay. Our second year in this unit, won’t hesitate to return.

It is exactly as described, very clean, and nicely updated...and you truly cannot beat the view and included beach service!   We really enjoyed our stay! The location of this property can not be beat. Within walking distance to lots of food, shopping, the grocery store and of course the beautiful beach is steps away! The interior is set up nicely for a small group. It could use a refresh but honestly, the star was the view and ease of access to the beach so that was not a bother to me. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

  Overall nice condo, great Miramar beach location. The condo needs some attention, little things like the kitchen sink faucet is loose, shower knob needs cleaned or replaced. The furniture is looking a little tired but overall comfortable and mmost importantly the bed was comfy :).
