This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  This condo is in a perfect location. The ocean is so close that you can hear the waves from the porch! Having beach service set up the chairs and umbrella everyday was wonderful! The furnishings are very comfortable (the mattress was soft, but we are used to a hard mattress at home). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. If you plan to use the Keurig, be aware that it is an older machine and will not accept the refillable pods. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that the management company is going to address. I would recommend replacing the porch furniture as it is dirty and showing its age. The management company communicated very well from the start of the booking process of the condo, while we were there, and after we left. If the maintenance issues are addressed, I would definitely reserve this condo again and for a longer period of time!

  The pictures of the condo accurately portrayed its condition. The host provided plenty of amenities (paper towels, detergent, shampoo, etc.) to last our whole stay. The beach was only a few steps away from the complex. The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella was a big plus for us.

  This was the second time staying at this condo unit. First time in unit 201, the bed was as old as the unit. The Management did replace the mattress while we were there. This unit 304 had the same mattress and probably as old as the building. It was nasty and one would sink down to the box springs. Unacceptable condition. Luckily, we brought an air mattress with us just in case. The unit was fine other than the mattress probably never changed out since the building was constructed. It is a great location, close to everything including the beach. We have decided to go somewhere else next time to Florida. I got a text from management asking how was the mattress during our stay. Funny, because I was not going to complain this time, just sleep on the air mattress. I told them in a reply text about the same mattress condition as our previous stay in another unit. I hope they changed out the mattress. If you plan to stay in 304, I would ask about the mattress - if it has been changed.

  This unit is updated & has a perfect view of the beach & gulf. Well stocked kitchen & a can opener that actually works (it seems many places have old can openers). The management company was very professional & responsive, as the drain in bathtub didn't drain & they came in immediately to unclog it. They also checked on me during my stay, I found that to be very nice. The only thing I would change is to have a bed topper available, as the bed wasn't as soft as I'm used, but I would definitely recommend staying here. I loved it!

  Perfect!! Unit was impeccable, very clean, recently renovated, comfortable bed and seating. Balcony, heated pool and view to kill for. Very wide beach. I didn’t realize the free beach service is seasonal starting in March - Donna brought her personal beach chairs and umbrella for us to use, which bigger rental companies would never have done. I love the 30A area and recommend eating at Stinky's Fish Camp in Dune Allen, La Creme in Rosemary Beach and Tommy Bahama Restaurant in Sandestin and the Aegean Greek restaurant...all amazingly good food and especially Mama Clamentza's !!; Also enjoy Harbor Walk and mostly the beautiful beaches in Destin area.
