This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  The unit was great! We have stayed at the Windancer for the last 15 years for our annual BFF beach trip. I have to say this unit was the best one we have ever stayed in. I have rented from Ryan the last 2 years and have been pleased with everything, Great comfortable bed and the condo is decorated with a beach theme and has beautiful wall art throughout. The linens were so very comfortable and great quality. Also the walk in shower was awesome.

  We had a lovely time staying at Windancer 310; unit is as advertised, and has everything you need. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, we received all information for access to the unit a week before our trip; and they were quick to answer any question I had during the stay. The view from this unit is spectacular! I will miss my mornings and evenings, watching and listening to the ocean. S/O to Brandon who sets up and assigns seating on the beach; it was nice to get to know him, great resource for Windancer! We will be returning in the future!

  When we drove up to Windancer, we realized that we've stayed here before, although not in this particularly apartment.
  
  The accommodations were clean, well-appointed and everything worked.
  
  We like the fact that the building is just four stories, unlike many beach-front properties (including the two adjacent properties to the west).
  
  Our only suggestion is to include some hangars in the single closet.

  We stayed for 7 nights in unit 310. The unit was clean upon arrival and appeared in good condition. However by the evening of our first full day it became apparent the AC was not working properly. The property management company was responsive and the AC was replaced the following day. The property management was very responsive and quick to assist. We are very disappointed in the varying conditions of the unit for the price we paid for our stay. The property manager secured another unit for us to stay in while the AC was not working. Its condition was significantly better and the cost over what we paid was very minimal. This was very disappointing. The location of the property, size, beach access, etc were all great. A proactive owner who would have replaced the AC before a failure occurs is the major complaint we have. .

  For our second trip to Destin, we chose this condo and loved everything about it. You are right on the beach, within walking distance to the nearest Winn Dixie and a souvenir shop. We were able to walk to Auston's for some of the greatest seafood and there is a Chik-Fil-A right across the street too.
  Some things to make a note of...There is very little storage space in the kitchen. For us we made do. It was a challenge since we like to cook and bring grocery items back to the condo. It was smaller than we expected but for 2 adults and 2 teens, it was worked just fine. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo-it is the beach we were outside a lot! There is a Keurig and lots of kitchen items to accommodate. Beach chair service was superb! You get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday morning. The guys who set all that up are very nice and try to get you right on the beach by the water. We tipped and bought our guy a 12pack of Modelo to thank him and show our appreciation. He made sure to take care of us in return. Condo was clean, beds comfy (even the pull-out couch!), and you get the most perfect view! Like any apartment or condo you will hear your neighbors upstairs, but it is not that big of a deal. When visiting Destin, Wind dancer is the way to go. We hated to go! Enjoyed our stay here.

  I couldn’t have found a better place to stay! This place was perfect as well as beautiful! There was not one thing I needed that the condo didn’t have! The view from the balcony was amazing and breathtaking! Windancer is only 4 floors so it was always “busy” with other vacationers. There wasn’t a line at the elevator or steps. Other owners/vacationers were very friendly. I can’t wait to go back!! This will be my forever vacation spot/home!!

  We stayed for two weeks at this condo. You couldn’t find a more beautiful view. We sat on the balcony overlooking the beach and the most fantastic view you could ask for whenever we were at the condo. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. It was a perfect size for 2 people. The management at Modern Beach was very responsive to any communication we had with them. We would definitely return here and hope we do next year for a longer time.
