  Due to a flight cancellation we had to move our dates. Modern vacations bent over backwards to help us with our problem. We drove up to unit and were not impressed at all. But when we went inside, it was stunning. Immaculately clean. Beautifully furnished and just steps from the beach. Definitely dont judge this book by its cover. Modern vacations was amazing and even let us check out late because our flight was delayed. Do not hesitate to rent from them. Wonderful stay, wonderful accommodations, and great service.

  We stayed at Crystal Sands 312B for a week for fall break. The beds(2 Kings and 4 twins) were all really comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated. The sunsets from the balcony were incredible. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. We needed a working vacuum and more towels. I requested them late on the first night, and someone responded and brought us a brand new vacuum the next day, along with more towels.

  We loved being right on the beach! Many restaurants and shops within walkable distance. Property manager was very responsive to the few minor issues we had. The property was very clean. One suggestion for improvement would be better lighting in the living room (like a floor lamp). We give it only 4 stars on general condition because the living room furniture was not very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to friends and family.

  The condo was very nicely updated. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The building is very old. We had to leave after several days due to noise from the neighbors. They kept us up until midnight every night. We don’t know what was going on but it sounded like pounding on the walls and constant running, which was crazy since this is the top floor. It’s just the luck of the draw with other renters I suppose. Other than that, the condo was very pretty.

  This condo was every bit as beautiful as the pictures . Immaculately clean. Close to restaurants and shopping , yet not squeezed by high rise buildings . The manager was wonderful when we had a quick question etc. Finally, that VEIW is second to none, of the bluest water I have ever seen!!! We are already thinking about coming back and we just got home.

  Condo was beautiful! Amazing views of the Gulf from the balcony. We watched the sunrise to the left, and sunset to the right. Stay included 2 beach chairs already set up in the beach, so that was really nice. Condo was spotless. Everything seemed new, and the kitchen had a great use of space. Whoever designed this condo layout/colors is amazing! It appeared that management was on-site on first floor, although never had to use them. Will definitely book this condo again!

  This condo’s remodel was excellently done. We stayed here with 6 people & had plenty of room. My only recommendation would be to add another mirror somewhere upstairs. It’s a little hard for 4 people to get ready with only one mirror in the bathroom. But definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
