This 3rd Floor Windancer unit offers breathtaking views, a Gulf-Front Pool, and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  The unit was clean, however I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the whole building. No one ever sprayed the pool area off or even cleaned the pool! We actually never saw anyone overseeing anything at the place other than the chair rental guys.

  We really enjoyed our time at the beach and condo. When we arrived, our condo was not cleaned until 5:45. The mgmt. company was no help other than telling us it was not ready. We met someone on the beach while waiting and he knew the owner. The owner, Caleb, called me and said it would be done very quickly. He also gave us a small rebate for waiting. The mattress on the bed should be replaced. It felt like you were sinking into a hole. Otherwise, the condo was very accommodating.

  We stayed for a week during of Thanksgiving. The property description was accurate, clean and well-maintained. The management staff did an excellent job staying in touch and giving information about our stay before during and after. The space was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the balcony with the Oceanview because even it was cool, we could enjoy the sun and be protected from the wind. We've stayed in similar accommodations throughout FL and this one definitely is a contender for the best. would recommend this property. Drive through Rosemary Beach and Alley Beach for a different experience. The outlet mall across the street from the property has almost every store you can imagine and for an upscale shopping and dining experience check out the nearby Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. We ate at Vintaj and Catino Laredo. Both were very good. For an Italian meal make sure you check out Tuscany Italian Bistro very close to the property.

  The complex the condo was located was pretty secluded and just steps away from the beach, which was nice. Upon entering the condo we noticed a musty smell that is typical in older units. The front door was rubbing on the floor which made it hard to open. The floors were not clean at all with sand and hair clearly visible. My wife swept the floor first thing which is not how you want to start a vacation, but we were just going to let it go. The layout was a little awkward, especially the two adjoining bathrooms. The washer and dryer were in a closet in the bath/shower area, and the other closet had no door and the paint looked unfinished. Later we discovered the refrigerator was not cooling properly- to the point we put our milk in a bowl of ice inside the fridge. When it was time to lay down we also discovered the tv in the master didn’t work. This is when I had enough and texted the property manager. The manager responded the next day and offered to have the cleaning service come back out, which we declined. She did have maintenance come look at the tv and he went and got us a new one. The refrigerator eventually cooled down better, enough to deal with. Overall not a great experience in a unit that the pictures were quite deceiving.

  Stayed in early August right before school started for the kids. Great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Everyone there was friendly and beach wasn't as crowded as other areas. Well maintained building, unit updated, nice light and bright decor. Kitchen well stocked and condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 3 of us. Management was attentive and helpful, easy to deal with. Pictures are accurate and would stay again.

  This was a perfect little condo for our family of 4. We have two young boys and they loved the bunkbeds. The Master bed was very comfy which is always a plus for me. The view was absolutely perfect and it was a breeze getting to the pool and beach. Much closer than other places we've stayed. I also loved how "tucked in" this property was. Can't wait to come back!

  We stayed for 4 days. Great for a couple and if you had 2 kids, the hallway bunks would work great. Bathroom set up is good with two separate toilet/vanity rooms and separate laundry/shower room. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate, thus i give a 5 star rating as it is what i expected. The beach chair services is very handy and the attendant is a nice and friendly guy. Best sand beach i have ever experienced. Note, you need to bring your own laundry detergent as there are none in the unit (would be nice if they provided it) and no salt/pepper. Kitchen is well stocked but no spices.

  This was a wonderful condo with the perfect location. Super cute decor and very comfortable This unit was also well equipped plus even had extra beach chairs to enjoy the sunsets after beach service had been taken in for the day.
