Unique Property Features:
~ PRIVATE beach access. Guests & Owners of small neighborhood are the only people who will be on your beach.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool and hot tub, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.


PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

GOLF CART- is not provided. We can provide the golf cart for $100/day but must be rented for your full stay. No golf carts are allowed outside the neighborhood as it is illegal to drive them on HWY 98 or the sidewalk so they must stay in the Neighborhood. We would require a signed waiver and a credit card on file for the golf cart. Must be 21 to drive the golf cart no exceptions.

  We loved our stay at Old florida charm! Our kids loved the private pool and put put area. The outdoor shower was amazing to have after returning to the beach. The house is located on a such a quiet street and just a super quick walk to the beach. The private beach is really a gem of this stay- the beaches were so crowded aside from this blocked off section, we never had an issue with anyone being remotely close and this was in the height of summer vacation time! The staff at modern beach vacation rentals were top notch, I have never had property owners so readily available and in constant contact leading up to vacation. 10/10!
