  Property was very clean with all the amenities you'd expect. Golf cart was great and in good working order. We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

  This house is only 3 and a half to 4 minutes from the beach (we timed it twice)! So convenient! It’s also nice to have the 6 seater golf cart to make it easier to carry and load things. The extra sitting area was great for coffee, and we had plenty of space so we didn’t feel crammed! I especially loved the mirror and sitting area in the closet to get ready. The place was nice, modern and clean. The only two minor downfalls (not even worth taking away from the good features) are just that the bathroom has a barn door in the master suite, so not a great way to drown out bathroom sounds haha. And the grill patio area could use a cute touch to make it more inviting, but it functions and provides what is needed with a grill, seating and high top table. The pantry was great to have for groceries, and the additional storage with shelves in the laundry for thins like out beach bags, beach towels and such. There are beach chair as well so that was awesome!! Would recommend this place for sure! The owners were great about sending info well in advance and were prompt with responses! Also, the couches and chairs were very napable and comfy! Master bed was also comfy. If you like a firm bed the larger guest room has a firmer bed!

  The property was really nice. very clean and the manager was sure to check and see if everything was great during our stay. the golf cart was also very well taken care of. the house had everything you would need. very nice kitchen. the only thing that i personally didn't like was that there is no king bed. they are all queen beds. im 6'4'' and prefer to have a king bed.
