The home features four porches, three of which are screened-in, offering plenty of outdoor space to take in the scenery. The first floor has an open living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, and an additional entertaining area before heading outside. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, including a large master suite with its own private screened porch overlooking the state forest.
NatureWalk at Seagrove is a 155-acre master-planned resort community surrounded by natural beauty and teeming with nature trails. It features the Gathering Place, a neighborhood amenity center with a heated lap pool, zero-entry pool, hot tub, fire pit, grills, seating, and a playground for kids. The community also has nature trails, 2 pickelball courts, fishing, and a multi-purpose court. The white sand beaches of 30A are just a short golf cart ride away.

BEACH ACCESS AND POOL INFORMATION; (sowal.com/beach-accesses)

Closest public beach accesses with parking are;
-San Juan Ave ( 2.18 miles) At stop sign at Beargrass and Sandgrass take a right. At Hwy 395 take a left (south). At stop light at Hwy 30A take a left (east). San Juan is approximately 1/2 mile on your right.
-Santa Clara beach access (same as San Juan directions, Santa Clara is one block further).
**Note; there are MULTIPLE smaller public accesses but they are only accessible by walking and/or biking**

The community pools are just minutes away whether biking or taking the golf cart (less than 1/2 mile). At stop sign at Beargrass and Sandgrass take a left. After a short distance you'll see Sage Circle and the pools on your left. The pool pass/card is hanging on wall as you go out to garage.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast.   This home had everything we needed for an amazing beach vacation! The location was great - close to the beach and Seaside and an easy drive on 98 to anywhere else! The home itself was beautiful and clean! Beds were comfy and home was clean and nicely decorated with a very beachy feel! We loved the screen porches, beach gear, and golf cart - we really had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of amazing walking paths. The community pool and hot tub were nice, just very crowded. Overall we had a fantastic time and would come back again!

  This house was PERFECT! it had everything we needed to be comfortable both from a sleeping aspect and cooking and entertaining. The beds were VERY comfortable and the master bathtub was so nice. The golf cart was quiet, like brand new and fun to take around the area to explore and also to get to the beach and Seaside/Watercolor. it was a little uncomfortable for us to drive 395 on a golf cart, but many people did it and it ended up being pretty safe. PUBLIX grocery store is immediately outside the neighborhood. The management company was very professional and easy to reach with quick responses from them. MY ONLY, I REPEAT ONLY COMPLAINT (I feel bad to even mention this, but I want to be comprehensive in my review. I know I appreciate it when others leave a detailed review) is the $400 cleaning fee. I expected perfection for that price, but there was dust behind the bathtub, a LITTLE BIT of mold in a corner of one or 2 of the showers and dust on many of the baseboards. IF THE CLEANING FEE were less, I would NOT HAVE EXPECTED these things to be addressed. OVERALL, though the house was clean and WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I am not trying to be negative, just giving an honest review.
