Sandy Toes will surely be had at this wonderful two-story home! At only 80 yards walk to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf (with no roads to cross), you and your guests are sure to build memories, and have some fun in the sun in this tucked away paradise. The home itself is a four-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that can accommodate up to fourteen fortunate guests comfortably. Tropical palm trees and landscaping adjoining the home welcome you for the start of your vacation.

When you enter, the open floor plan invites you in with large tiles that sweep through the living, dining, and kitchen area. Throughout, you will find a beach themed décor with refined furnishings. The living area itself has a large sectional sofa and chair with pillows to be comfortable while catching the big game on the large flat screen TV. The bar area has additional bar seats to enjoy your snacks or to just relax. The kitchen itself is adorned with granite counter tops, lit tiled backsplash, and custom cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances complete the look and allow for a kitchen well equipped to handle family dinners. Next to the kitchen, is a large glass top dining table in chic styling flagged by metal framed chairs and bordered by windows to let that sunny day in. You will also find a wonderful guest bedroom with a queen sized bed that has full access to a full bathroom that doubles as a powder room. The washer and dryer is also on this floor for convenience.

Outside, you will find your own private oasis. The fenced in, landscaped yard gives you a resort feel. Here, you will find a tiled surround to a 10x20 lagoon pool that is perfect for taking a dip after a day out in the sun. Thirsty or hungry? Head over to the Tiki Bar and use your blender to make your favorite frozen drink. A gas grill is also here to enjoy to cook the catch of the day, with ample seating to dine poolside.
Upstairs, you will find two Guest Bedrooms as well as the Master suite. If you want your own piece of paradise, one of the Guest bedrooms and the Master Suite has a private balcony that is perfect for starting up your day with a cup of coffee, or simply enjoying a book to relax. The roomy Master Suite contains a king bed, along with its own luxury bathroom. This bathroom contains an oval shaped tub, separated glass shower, and double sink vanity, graced with accented cabinetry. The second Guest Bedroom on the same level is a Kid’s Room with two Full/Twin Bunks, so the kids have their own private area to have fun. This room shares a Full Bathroom with the other nicely appointed Guest Bedroom that contains a Queen Sized Bed. Whichever room you are in, you can rest easy with comfortable appointments and flat screen TVs to relax.

Along with all of these accommodations, this Miramar Beach home is conveniently located. Grocery, Pharmacy, and Wine shops are walking distance away, along with the Silver Sands Outlet Mall for shopping needs. Our popular beachfront restaurants and destinations are also minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

  The property was in a great location. All the appliances worked well. It was furnished very thoughtfully from kitchen appliances, to the pool & beach necessities. They do supply initial paper & cleaning supplies, but if you will be staying for more than 4 days or have a large group, plan to purchase some of those necessities. The management company communicates well. They text your phone before your stay & throughout. We were disappointed because they text prior to your arrival they will notify you if early check in is available, when we did arrive it was clear the house was available and had been vacant for days. The house does need a good deep clean. It wasn’t filthy but they do need to invest in some basic maintenance & upkeep of the property. Also, there are feral cats all over, everywhere & the neighbors feed them.

  Me and my family stayed at this location and was very impressed. The location is close to everything. The walk to the beach is very close and easy access which is something I needed for my older parents. The private pool and tiki bar with TV was so much fun. Would definitely stay at this house again. The only small thing I could suggest is a few more pots and pans in the kitchen.

  Sandy Toes was a perfect location for our 2023 framily vacation! The house had a great layout for our group of 6. The location was amazing, just steps from the soft sand and turquoise-colored waters of the gulf. Coming back to the pool and tiki bar was fantastic.   We rent a vacation home at least once a year and sometimes the pictures of the homes make them look better than they actually are. Sandy Toes was exactly as shown and did not disappoint. Great location, less than 250 steps to the sand on a quiet street, but a few minute walk to Chick-Fil-A, CVS, etc. The house was reasonably clean, although could use a deeper cleaning of the tile floors (left bottom of socks/feet dirty after walking on them) and dusting of the decor and blinds, but it was clean where it really counts. We also wish they had beach equipment available for use to avoid the very costly rental companies. The addition of a firepit or outdoor gas fireplace table would make the place perfect. We would not hesitate to rent this house again or use Modern Beach for our next vacation.
