1st Floor:

Master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Bunk room equipped with a comfortable twin over queen bunk bed.
Get ready to be entertained in our fabulous media room, with a ceiling mounted projector for those movie nights with the family, plus a plush sofa to take it all in and bar height seating over the sofa! Grab a cold beverage at the cozy mini bar with integrated sink and mini fridge.


2nd Floor:

An open floorplan living and dining area, designed to accommodate large gatherings, fun family get-togethers, and comfortable dinner parties. Enjoy conversational seating at the kitchen bar, adding to the lively atmosphere, along with high end stainless steel appliances to craft the perfect family feast. A chic half bathroom is also here between the kitchen and dining area. Step outside on the patio to take in the beautiful sea breeze air.

3rd Floor:

Indulge in breathtaking beach views from the master bedroom, where a sumptuous king-sized bed awaits. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
A cozy guest bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed is also here and down the hall is a bunk room featuring two twin bunk beds, each with dedicated TV access to entertain the kids!

To ensure a convenient and hassle-free stay, we've made sure our property is equipped with all the essentials. You'll find a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body and face soap, toilet paper, facial tissues, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, a dish sponge, bath towels, and bed linens.

Parking will never be a concern, as we provide four spacious parking spaces for your convenience.

There are no pet friendly beaches in the area and if you take your pet on the beach, you will be at risk of incurring a fine from local code enforcement. There are multiple dog parks in the area that your pet can enjoy. Your pet is allowed to be in front of the house and on the patios and balconies and you are also able to walk your dog on scenic 98.**

  My husband and I stayed in this property one year ago. I think at the time it may have been a newly renovated property listing. Despite the A/C not cooling the master bedroom, making it literally unbearable during daylight hours due to the wall of windows. This was something I brought to attention on our last stay. There is one A/C unit for the main floor and second level. The unit is located on the second level, so the main floor temperature is not regulated properly. Both times we have stayed have been in October. I couldn’t imagine staying during the summer months. Solar curtain panels instead of sheers and non rotting properly sealed doors would help tremendously with this issue.
  
  The windows all look dirty from a solar film that is over due for replacement and paint splatters. When paying this amount for a vacation rental beachfront, you want the view you pay for. You certainly can’t enjoy that from inside the home. The windows are that cloudy on every floor in every room that faces the beach.
  
  The property was not as clean this time. There was sand along the edges of the floor, like it wasn’t vacuumed well. The rugs were all very stained. I dropped something and had to move the sofa a few inches to get it and it looked like it had never been vacuumed under.
  
  I was very disappointed in how much the property had rundown in just a year. Considering the price, there are other properties that are better maintained. I don’t think we will be returning.

  The pictures represent the home well. It was my family of five, my aunt’s family of five, and two of my other aunts and an uncle. We spent the week in Destin and had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with a tub draining and it was addressed right away. We also had an issue with the 3rd floor patio lights; they couldn’t be fixed before we left but the response was quick.
  
  Cons: We didn’t have many bath towels for a 1-week stay, it would have been nice to have at least a pair of towels per person. The kids also noticed sand in the linens in the bunk room. There aren’t any board games or card games in the house and no beach toys/chairs available to use at the beach. Most other beach houses we’ve rented had these items. The first floor shower hand attachment didn’t work, and the first floor was noticeably warm compared to the other levels.
  
  Other than that, we all had a wonderful time. The kids had funny and the adults enjoyed a nice family vacation before school started back up. I would stay here again.

  This is a great property! We had plenty of room and it is in a great location. We will be back! My only improvements and these were not deal breakers...the air conditioning on the first and third floor is not efficiently working. It can get warm. Couple of small repairs needed but really great place.

  Great rental property right in the beach. Enough room for the whole family. The 2 main living areas are huge. Beautifully updated and Donna from rental was very responsive with questions or concerns. I would suggest having enough beach yield for the total of people to sleep and also to have luggage racks and hangers in all the bedrooms. Fantastic week and will definitely stay here again.

  Everything about this home was great! We spend many weeks each year on 30A but this week at Miramar was perfect. The home was so comfortable with views in every room. The beach was right at our footsteps and the decks were great when you just wanted to enjoy the view, wrap in a blanket and drink your coffee! Furnishings, lighting, comfortable beds and welll appointed kitchen. We will definitely return to this great rental directly on the beach and close to everything.

  We had a family of 13 and the house had plenty of room to spread out. Winn Dixie is down the street and gas station is across the street. So convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had a great time with family for a week at Tan Lines. The unit was in good condition and we enjoyed the layout and great accommodations in the unit. As advertised, Tan Lines was a very close to the beach, a short walk across the Sandy beach. Donna with Modern Beach Vacation Rentals made herself available for any extra needs we had and responded promptly to a few things we needed. I would recommend this unit for anybody that wants to stay on the beach to enjoy the nice warm gulf water, the sea breezes, the sound of the waves and the beautiful scenery to view.
