POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service at this property includes 3 umbrellas and 6 beach chairs!

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

  House was conveniently located with walking access to restaurants and stores. It was right on the beach. It had ample room for our eight (8) adults without it ever feeling crowded. House is in need of some updating and repairs.Bathrooms were run down and cabinets need to be replaced. Rear deck and stairs to beach need to be replaced. Front stairs are dangerously rotted out and need to be replaced.
