BeachDaze 30a is a spacious four bedroom, three full bath beach house located in Old Florida Cottages that can sleep up to 10 guests and includes a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes to help you enjoy all that 30a has to offer. This charming cottage is just a 3 to 4-minute walk to the beaches of 30A or a 1 minute ride in the cart, with no crossing over heavy traffic. As you walk into this expansive and recently updated home, you'll be ready to entertain or relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach vacation.

This beautiful home has been recently renovated in 2022! The kitchen and living areas are on the first level, along with a conveniently located Queen bedroom making it ideal for those who prefer first floor living. French doors open up to a private deck. The large wrap-around porch includes patio furniture perfect for outdoor entertaining. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for you to take with you to the beach. The fully upgraded master suite on the second floor has a King size bed, a seating area, and a private balcony. The adjoining bathroom has a glass shower and a garden tub. The third and fourth bedrooms are down the hall from the master, including a Queen bed in the third and two Twin beds in the fourth. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. On the third floor is the loft with a sleeper sofa. This fun space is perfect for adults and kids to hang out and watch movies, play games, or just relax, all while enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico!

  We had a great time at Beach Daze of 30A. The house served our family of 4 adults and 3 kids perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own spaces when needed. Check-in was super smooth and the house was immaculate. Location was perfect, close to the beach and the pool. Having the golf cart was a game changer. We used it to go to the beach and restaurants in the area.We would definitely stay here again.

  Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful home.
  It is located a stone throw away from the beach.
  Just pack your bag and leave everything behind as this home have everything that you need for home away from home.
  There’s a six seater golf cart which we used most of the time, although the 4 bikes were there but all of the seats were loose so we couldn’t use it. There’s cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and the foldable wagon to use to put your stuff and bring it to the conveniently located beach.
  There’s a restaurant/market near this home.
  The home is updated and it is clean.
  We will definitely stay here again in the near future.
  Hopefully management will have the four bikes seats fixed by then.

  The house was the perfect size for our family and gave us the space we needed for a week in Santa Rosa. The beach was close enough where making multiple trips a day was perfectly fine! Also, a cozy enough spot where we enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the large back porch every night. The provided beach wagon and chairs was so convenient and the property was in perfect condition. We recommend this place to all!

  The house is nice and roomy for the size, very clean. The pictures of the den and kitchen on the website are not accurate. There is not a bar with barstools and the sofa is not a sectional. Nice however but completely different in person. Donna was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions. Small parking area only room for 2 cars.
