Welcome to the newly remodeled Alerio condo! Originally a three bedroom condo, it has been reworked to be the only 2-bedroom condo in the front building! Luxury meets entertainment in our contemporary layout featuring two bedrooms and a flexible media bonus room. The media room steals the spotlight, offering additional sleeping arrangements and an unforgettable entertainment experience.

Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, this two-bedroom rental offers more than just a place to stay – it's a gateway to sunny delights and beachfront bliss. With direct beach access just moments away, indulge in the sparkling waters of the gulf within minutes. And within our gated complex, you'll find a serene enclave providing a tranquil oasis away from the bustling crowds.

Step inside Alerio C203 (Second Floor) to discover a well-appointed space accommodating up to eight guests. From the king-sized bed to the bunks and murphy bed, every detail is thoughtfully arranged for your comfort. But it's the media room that adds the wow factor, equipped with an 85-inch TV and a Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping space and the perfect hangout spot for everyone.
But that's not all Alerio has to offer. Our on-site amenities spoil guests with relaxation and fun. Lounge by the swimming pool or soak in the hot tub, surrounded by serene water features.     Pros: Location, short walk to the beach, clean, spacious unit, big TVs, 1 parking spot per unit (good for 1 family), balcony to watch the traffic of people and cars, cool, gated community with digital access to the gate and unit.

    Cons: No bath towels (only hand towels and wash towels) we had to buy towels, ceiling fan in master br was noisy, TV remotes most of them were not working, per notice on the fridge: “please take time to leave the property in good order. Trash should be taken out to the dumpster and dishes washed. Please. Neglecting to follow the departure requirements may result in additional cleaning charges at $75/hr.” Not to mention that the cleaning fee I paid was $230. Lack of cooking pans. While we were out, somebody accessed our unit to deliver groceries without our knowledge. We didn’t order groceries, but whoever delivered it he/she was given access to the unit. The good thing was the groceries were for us keep. Lol. (I guess part of that should be on the Pros.Lol)

    I would recommend the place if Cons are fixed (which are fixable)

    The condo was nice and clean, except for the bag of trash left on the kitchen counter. The condo is updated and close to the beach. The master bathroom shower leaks. We had two vehicles and had to pay $150 to park at the RV park down the road. So, other than some minor repairs needed and parking it was a great stay.

    Overall it was an okay stay. The unit wasn’t the cleanest and the walls could definitely use some paint. Only sheets no type of cover/blanket We had to go buy a couple. We were not supplied with a parking pass initially and received a tow notice twice during our visit. Being so close to the beach I would recommend supplying some type of beach items (chairs, wagon, etc).

    Alerio was Clean, Safe development in Destin across the street from the beach. Enjoyed having close access to the grocery, shops and most importantly the Beach. World class Beach With restaurants and bars within a walk on the beach or street. 15 minute drive to 30 A and Destin Harbor. Will definitely return to this area. Would stay at Alerio again. I found the People and Businesses care in this area. Simply good food and people.
