  107/A is the best location being on ground level with the closest possible beach access;Literally a few steps away from patio.Upon arrival the place was clean,spotless and smelled fresh.The condo was more than enough equipped with towels,wash clothes,soaps etc.The a/c system felt nice and cool.The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils we needed.The staff was on standby in case anything happened but fortunately we didn’t need them for any maintenance or any other reason.The king size bed in master bedroom was very comfortable.The whole layout of this place is amazing.We will definitely book 107/A again no questions asked!

  We had beautiful sunsets and sunrises from our patio
  
  But the living room furniture was awful. It is so worn out that I had to stack both cushions on top of another on the sofa so I could sit without my knees hitting my chest. The chair was the same way. I told them this last year and nothing has been done. So sad that this rental has the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE furniture but the best view ever.

  Room was very clean. Manager and owner both very communicative. Room had everything we needed. Provided plenty "basic necessities" within reason (plenty of toilet paper).   The location cannot be beat. We were right on the beach and right near the boardwalk. However, the condo itself was average. A little tight and a little outdated. The unit had a smell, which may be typical for being a beach front property. However, I don’t recall smelling that in other properties we’ve stayed in the past. The exterior looks rundown as well.

  This was our second time at Crystal Sands. Condo was in a great location where you could step out onto the boardwalk directly to the beach. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent location to great seafood restaurants. Beach service(chairs and umbrellas) was responsive with the beach very clean! We had a great stay!

  Gorgeous view, no crowds, very short & easy walk to beach, clean & nice! They reached out to us and kept in touch! ♥️ We've visited Destin area since 2012. We love the emerald crystal clear water and white sand beach, it is absolutely beautiful! I have health issues and can't tolerate heat and alot of walking. This unit (1st floor), you step off your balcony, onto the boardwalk, and you're on the sand. I tell our family, we could throw a rock from our balcony into the ocean we are so close with this condo. We don't like large crowds and enjoy the low-rise condos because the beach is never crowded.
  This unit has been the nicest we've stayed in so far in Crystal Sands or Cabana Club next door. Everything is updated, nice and clean! I have back issues and always suffer on vacation because of the mattress. For the 1st time, the bed was comfortable and I didn't hurt from the mattress! I would like to know the name brand!
  We didn't have any problems during our visit, but the last day the gate to the beach was left open and anyone could get in without the code. A huge group of over 20, a black family, that wasn't staying there came in and took over beach. They were running guests off and were obnoxiously loud, letting their kids be all over guests and their things. I don't have enough room to share it all, but what bothered me was how they taught their children to steal. There were babies, teens, all ages! All the way down the beach they took items not belonging to them, strowed them about, and left with a good bit. It has nothing to do with their color. People from all races do bad, and good! I understand not being able to afford, we've been there, but it doesn't make it okay to steal! It made me really sad for the kids, not being brought up by someone that cares enough about them to teach them better and about a TRUE, LIVING, and LOVING GOD!! And it's GENERATIONAL, passed down! GOD help! SAVE blind and lost souls before it's too late! ♥&#xF

  We had a wonderful time in Destin. The views from the patio door to the shore are breath taking. But hearing the waves day and night was so relaxing. The place was clean and we had great customer service.
