This home is conveniently located just a few minute stroll from the beach access and sits on the coveted East end of 30A which is a short cart ride to Alys & Rosemary Beach for some of the best restaurants and shopping 30a has to offer!

La Joya Azul is a multi-family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. 6 of the 7 Bedrooms include a King bed, lavish mattress/sheets, and its own ensuite bathroom. It also features Multiple living areas with an open living/cooking/dining floor plan that makes it perfect for entertaining. The top floor is the ideal sanctuary for the kids to enjoy with TV’s, Foosball, and Custom Bunks making for a fun time the kids will never forget!

Feel like taking a break from the beach, then look no further, as the outdoor oasis will make it hard to leave. Take your choice as you can enjoy the private heated pool, tanning on the sun shelf pool loungers, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling out in the chefs outdoor kitchen, or watching the game from the poolside cabana, La Joya Azul has it all. La Joya Azul is conveniently located 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach/Pier Park for the shopping, movie theaters and more, or West, towards Destin…not to mention the direct access to the new Publix just minutes away that also includes a liquor store and new restaurants coming! If you drove your electric car this way, then no need to bring a charger, as we have a J1772 electric charger onsite in the garage waiting for you!

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool and hot tub, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

  We have been renting houses for at least 8 years and this one for the price was very disappointing. We needed to call a repairman because the dishwasher closet to the refrigerator didn’t work, the knob on the stove for the middle burner was not attached, the shower handle upstairs was falling off and the fans motor was making a terrible noise. The repairman could only fix the shower door handle and the rest remained broken. The house says it accommodate at least 17 people. The dinning room table sits 8 with 2 chairs at the bar so 3 people had to stand up to eat. The big room could only seat 8 so 5 had to sit on the floor if we all wanted to watch something together. The rooms, pool, backyard,golf cart, bikes were acceptable. Prior to the last payment I asked for a map of the beach access which I received from your office. However no one ever mentioned the 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS to the beach and back up. We had 4 adults in their mid 70’s and they were unable to get to the beach. If we would have known we wouldn’t have rented the house . I think the information for this fairly new home should be updated.

  This house is awesome and w accommodate our large family with four separate households under one roof. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which was good for us. If you’re after the bar scene, this is not the place, but for families, it is great. One thing to know, if you have people with you that can’t do stairs but love the beach, this area does have about five flights of steps at the beach access point. We were fine with this and the golf cart provided helped to get everything to the beach area. Inside, the beds were great, TVs were plentiful, appliances and bathrooms were great, and appliances were all good. The ice maker was a good time saver as well preventing trips to the store. Overall, the place was awesome and the management company was easy to work with. I definitely recommend this house.

  Our group has been friends since high school and we gather annually for a reunion trip. This year we all turn 60 and thought we'd spring for a beach trip. Given our ages, we all wanted our own room and bathroom, as well as a pool, golf cart and a house that was a short walk to the beach. In other words, our standards were high! This house was PERFECT! It was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We struggled a bit with getting the hot tub to work and on the first day and the host was extremely attentive and had someone out within hours. The hosts continued to reach out throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. The instructions for the golf cart, hot tub, trash, and shutting down the house were thorough and easy to understand. The location was close to restaurants and shops, which were a short golf cart ride away. The neighborhood was QUIET and very well-maintained. We have all rented many properties and this one was above and beyond in every way. Thanks for making our special 60th bday beach trip a wonderful memory!

  We just returned from La Jolla, Azul, and have already rented it for next year. It fit our family of 11 perfectly. The house was beautiful and clean. Our two and four year olds loved the bunk room. The bedrooms were big and beautifully appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and the lounge area across from the house. It was the perfect place to be to get out of the sun for a while. The beach was close and easy to get to especially with the six person golf cart. Can’t wait for next year!

  We just got home from a wonderful stay at this house...we had 13 people total including 3 children. The house was beautiful and clean and exactly as the listing described. There was plenty of room for everyone...the pool and hot tub were wonderful.
  We had an issue with the heating of the pool/hot tub on the second day but they had someone come out within an hour to fix it .
  The golf cart and bikes were great! And the location to town and the beach were very convenient!
  I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit !

  This is a wonderful house with top-notch amenities. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
  Would definitely recommend and would definitely choose this property again.
  My only suggestions would be to provide larger coffee cups and make mention that part of 30A going westbound is closed for bridge work.

  We had an absolutely incredible time staying in the La Joya Azul home. We had four families consisting of 7 adults and 7 kids. This home fit us perfectly. The room set up, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, and upstairs queen bunk kids suite (plus sofa bed and foosball) were great. The pool area and outside seating, grill, tv, etc. were amazing. The house was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and the two dishwashers were awesome. This home was a dream for our trip and being a 2 minute walk from the beach was the icing on the cake. We received easy instructions for accessing the home and had a direct line to the property management staff if we needed anything for our stay. The EV, bikes, beach chairs and beach/pool toys were so convenient. We hope to return to this home for future trips. We had a phenomenal time staying here and highly recommend it!

  Our trip to La Joya Azul in Seacrest Beach was so much fun! Upon entering the home, it was all about selecting our bedrooms. There were so many choices and a little bit of something for everyone. It took us a few tours of the home for everyone to pick what suited them best (from the 50th birthday star of the week to the 12-year-olds), but once selected, we were all satisfied. Once we ventured out to the backyard and discovered the pool, BBQ, and lard fenced-in yard, we knew we had picked the right spot! In the garage, there were enough beach chairs for all of us (a pleasant surprise) and a charging cable for our vehicles. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook and enjoy meals together. The pool was just the size to teach a few little ones to swim and the middle age kiddos to have splash competitions. Highlights of the trip, aside from the great memories, included the wonderful service we received, the comfort of the mattresses (casper), the extra beach towels, the quiet appliances, two dishwashers, the ice maker, a wine fridge, more than enough family-friendly dinnerware, and most of all the proximity to the beach.

  We had my husband's family vacation. It was an incredible experience. We had a couple minor things happen, but it was handled immediately. The house was huge. They had nice touches like beach towels. The golf cart was perfect for my in laws. The kids loved the bike rides, and the beach was a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this property, and would not hesitate to rent it again.

  Our 9 day stay was absolutely wonderful! The beach house was everything and more. Our group of 13 had plenty of room and our kids just loved the top floor dedicated to the kiddos. Having the golfcart was a great perk. Just a few mins away from local shops, and right across the street from the beach. The outside bathroom by the pool was brilliant! I would highly recommend this beach house! The property manager also reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was very nice. Our family would love to visit again sometime in the future!
