Welcome to your own private oasis on the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast! This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom gulf front house is the perfect vacation rental for your next beach getaway.

Step inside Caribbean Breezes and be greeted by a spacious, open floor plan that offers plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. The living room boasts comfortable furnishings and plenty of brightly lit windows and doors to offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and offers its own private bathroom, providing the ultimate in privacy and comfort for your vacation. The master bedroom on the main floor features a King-sized bed, with a Queen bedroom a short distance away. On the 1st floor, is a massive bedroom with two Twin beds and a foosball table to keep the young ones entertained, along with a King bedroom close by on the same floor.

Step outside and you'll find your own private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of fun in the sun. The outdoor patio is the perfect spot for al fresco dining, with plenty of seating and a gas grill for barbecues. And of course, the real star of the show is the private beachfront access, where you can spend your days lounging on the beach, or taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters.

Caribbean Breezes is located in a private neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil escape. But if you're looking for entertainment, you're just a short drive away from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that the Emerald Coast has to offer.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service includes 2 chairs and one umbrella.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

PETS, GOLF CARTS, TRAILERS AND RVS

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Golf Carts, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted at this property.


You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

  This rental house was great for our family. I loved the community that we stayed in, and this house sits closest to the beach that you can get. We had plenty of room and my kids loved the pool. It does have some minor things that will need attention in the future, but I notice things other people normally wouldn't. Overall it was clean, had everything we needed, and I would stay here again. It is not the most updated home in the area, but can't beat the location. Reminder that it is a private beach and no tents or canopies are allowed. You can bring your own chairs and umbrellas if you wish or pay for chair service for the week.

  First of all... I plan to book this beachfront house again next year which really says it all. The house is a great size that gave everyone their own space and I personally loved the beachy decor. My favorite spot however was the back porch that overlooked the pool and that beautiful PRIVATE beach. I think I literally spent half my vacation on that porch. I Loved that I had chairs and an umbrella set up waiting for me everyday. You cannot beat the proximity to the sand. It’s literally a hop, skip and jump away. It was a great week and now we are spoiled by this house. There are a few things that need fixing and a little TLC but nothing that would keep me away. If you’re on the fence...climb on over. You won’t regret it :)

  Lovely home. Does need a little TLC and some updates. Nothing to big to affect the stay. Having the beach right outside your door makes it all worth it. The pool was fantastic as we used it everyday! House is stocked well with the little things! Location and area are the best! Quiet and beautiful! Enjoyed out stay here!   I was hesitant to rent this place at first, it looked slightly dated but I am SO glad I did. Location is perfect, super close to Sandestin resort for the Wharf and restaurants and also all the shopping at Grand Boulevard. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and the beds were beyond comfy. Speaking of comfy, that couch is a snoozer after a long day on the beach. The beach is the best part, it was like it was our own. I searched forever to make sure there wasn’t hundreds of people on the beach like the big condos have. The pool is the perfect space to end the day too, I loved soaking in the evenings and still getting to see and hear the waves. The boardwalk is right there and I was worried it would be awkward being right next to it, that was not the case, people didn’t even see us hanging out on the covered patio. Super quiet gated area too. You will love this place. We have stayed in condos, townhomes and other homes and this one is our favorite.

  We are a family of 6(2 adults and 4 kids under 13) that stayed over Spring Break 2023.The house is was furnished nicely and is very nice. Amazing being on the beach and having the heated pool. Great location close to food and activities but just far enough outside Destin to miss alot of the traffic. Check in/check out was a breeze. The pool heater stopped working our last two days which wasn't ideal as it was chilly so kids wouldn't swim in the ocean. They got it fixed and refunded the two days heat. They DON'T provide beach towels(this is a first for us in a luxury beach home) so if you are flying in, be ready to buy some better towels than the bathroom ones. I hope this is fixed and they provide like 10 towels with the requirement that they are laundered. We spent over $100 on beach towels and extra for luggage charge. They don't have any beach items like kids beach tools, boogie boards, paddle board, kayaks, etc. Again, we've stayed in luxury beach from homes that usually provide these to their guests. We'd rent again if they provide some of these basic beach front home items that are usual in this level of home and if we come back to the panhandle.
