COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service includes 2 chairs and one umbrella.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

PETS, GOLF CARTS, TRAILERS AND RVS

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Golf Carts, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted at this property.


You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

  We are a family of 6(2 adults and 4 kids under 13) that stayed over Spring Break 2023.The house is was furnished nicely and is very nice. Amazing being on the beach and having the heated pool. Great location close to food and activities but just far enough outside Destin to miss alot of the traffic. Check in/check out was a breeze. The pool heater stopped working our last two days which wasn't ideal as it was chilly so kids wouldn't swim in the ocean. They got it fixed and refunded the two days heat. They DON'T provide beach towels(this is a first for us in a luxury beach home) so if you are flying in, be ready to buy some better towels than the bathroom ones. I hope this is fixed and they provide like 10 towels with the requirement that they are laundered. We spent over $100 on beach towels and extra for luggage charge. They don't have any beach items like kids beach tools, boogie boards, paddle board, kayaks, etc. Again, we've stayed in luxury beach from homes that usually provide these to their guests. We'd rent again if they provide some of these basic beach front home items that are usual in this level of home and if we come back to the panhandle.
