It is conveniently situated 6 miles east of Sandestin, 2 miles west of Grayton Beach, and 6.5 miles west of Seaside.

The complex is situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, offering easy access to the white sand beach via a walkway without crossing any streets or requiring a car. It also features a private beach access that's secured with a locking gate.

Unit 202, located on the second floor of the gated complex has been completely renovated in 2022! It includes 2 parking spots, which parking is on a first come first serve basis. Access to an elevator is seconds away or you can conveniently take the stairs to the second floor. Offered for the first time to guests, this condo has been meticulously maintained by the owners. It is elegantly furnished, boasting a king-size bed in both the primary and secondary bedrooms, and (2) Twin over Queen bunk beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The living/dining area is spacious and open, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The pool is an excellent place to unwind, with luxury chairs, chaise lounges, tables, and umbrellas. The pool is heated during the cooler months.   Would highly recommend. Rental company was extremely helpful and kept us up to date with any request or information about the property. As with several other reviews the only issues we had were the fans and internet. It seems the fans and bedroom light in both king rooms have the same remote frequency so when you turn on/off one, the other room does as well. Minor inconvenience but could easily be fixed. Internet turned off twice but only required a quick reboot. Other than this the property was excellent and the view from the patio can’t be beat. Beach and pool were never crowded and I highly recommend renting the beach chairs through Connor and Southern Resort Beach Rentals.

  We stayed in Palms of Dune Allen unit 202 for a week with my children and grandkids. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. We had two complaints about the condo. First, there was a very small washing machine that could not even fit one set of king sheets. The drier was standard size but it was inconvenient that a condo that sleeps 10 would have such a small washing machine.
  Second complaint is that the fan/light controls need to be adjusted or replaced in the two king rooms. The lights would go on during the night in both rooms and we would have to get up and turn them off. Sometimes more than once.
  Overall, the condo was very nice and we would stay there again if these two issues were addressed.

  We arrived and everything was clean and wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and the kitchen is well stocked.
  The view is fantastic. We sat on the balcony drinking our coffee every morning even though it was quite cool out.

  The property is great, we’ll layer out, very comfortable, nicely equipped. The balcony is wonderful and the view couldn’t be better. We found the location very convenient also, close enough to the shops and restaurants that biking, or even walking, is a good option. It is adjacent to a public beach access which could mean more crowded in busy season, but not in November when we stayed.

  Beautiful beach and clean condo. Excellent view from condo balcony. Steps away from the white powdery sand clear water beach. Loved it!
  Parking was an issue. There were many cars without tags parked so we parked on road several nights.
  Some unfriendly tenants or guests also. Someone came up to my 15 year old son and told him that towels can’t be hung from balcony. Completely understand but come knock my door don’t approach my child.
