For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with individual Smart HDTV's so they can watch their favorite shows and there's even an electrical outlet and USB port here for other electronics!

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people desire. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

  This was our third stay at Windancer and the views and beach experience is great. The unit was very attractive and in excellent condition. Also it was very well equipped in the kitchen and even had beach toys and games for children. My only complaint is the noise from above. This was the first time we heard every step and chair dragging from the unit above. It was either due to poor insulation or people who could only stomp when they walked

  This unit was clean with everything in working order. Perfectly situated within the complex, you're two minutes or less from the living room to your beach chair. Chair service was convenient and the workers were friendly. Never crowded and felt very private. We are looking at dates for a time to return. Highly recommend!
