  Easy booking and Modern Beach checked in on us via text to make sure everything was great! The location, decoration, comfort, everything was perfect. Our weather was amazing to boot. It is on the first floor so there is a little noise up above, but we rarely heard a peep. Quiet at night as well. Perfect week in paradise!

  Summer Breeze 101 was a very nice retreat for us! The location is perfect, the pool and hot tub area are very clean with plenty of seating areas. The beach area across the street is beautiful, with chair and umbrella rentals available there as well.
  Very nice area for walking, or using the bikes that come with the condo. Modern Beach Vacations staff, especially Sarah and Donna are top-notch, answered all our questions with quick responses. We hope we can visit again!
