Welcome to La Luna, a luxurious six-bedroom beach retreat in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just steps from the pristine shoreline of Scenic 30A. This stunning vacation rental features a three-story main house and a private carriage house, offering breathtaking Gulf views, a resort-style pool, and an expansive deck for ultimate relaxation. Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests—with additional space for up to 21, including three in the carriage house—La Luna is the perfect getaway for large families and groups seeking a blend of elegance, space, and prime beach access.

The third floor is home to the master suite, where you’ll wake up to sweeping Gulf views from the comfort of a king-sized bed. This suite offers direct balcony access and a private spa-like bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. Another king bedroom on this floor boasts its own private balcony overlooking the Gulf. A spacious bunk room with two custom-built full bunks and two twin beds provides a perfect space for kids or extra guests, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

The main living space on the second floor is designed for both comfort and entertainment. The living room features a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open onto a balcony with breathtaking Gulf and pool views. The open-concept dining area comfortably seats at least eight guests, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, two microwaves, a beverage fridge, two sinks, and top-of-the-line appliances—perfect for preparing meals for a crowd. This level also includes a luxurious king suite with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, you’ll find a unique “indoor cabana” complete with a kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, sink, cabinets, microwave, and ice maker—ideal for preparing poolside snacks and cocktails. A nearby guest room offers a king bed and twin bunks, with direct access to the patio and pool area. For added entertainment, a brand-new game room has been added, featuring a convertible pool and ping pong table, shuffleboard, and a large TV for gaming and movie nights.

The carriage house provides a private retreat for guests seeking extra space. The second level features a full living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a cozy king bedroom and loft with a twin bed offer additional sleeping arrangements, along with another full bathroom.

La Luna is packed with exclusive amenities, including a private pool with a water feature, direct beach access, four complimentary bikes, ten beach chairs, and parking for up to five vehicles. Its prime location places you within minutes of Seagrove Beach’s top restaurants, boutique shopping, and scenic bike paths along 30A. POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.


PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
