Welcome to La Luna, an exquisite 6-bedroom luxury residence with a three-story main house and a charming carriage house, nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just south of 30A. Just seconds to the beach, this property offers mesmerizing ocean views from every corner and boasts a resort-style pool and a spacious deck. Accommodating up to 16 guests with an opportunity to sleep up to 21 with additional space 3 in the carriage house, La Luna is the perfect retreat for large families seeking both ample space and easy access to the ocean, while also enjoying the delightful amenities, delectable dining options, boutique shops, and scenic bike paths along the 30A corridor.

On the third floor, you'll discover the master suite, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, sweeping Gulf views, and access to a shared balcony, as well as a private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Another king bedroom on the same level offers a private balcony with stunning Gulf panoramas. For extra guests or youngsters, there's a second guest room with two custom full bunks and two twin beds, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination.

The main home's communal living area is located on the second floor, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open to breathtaking Gulf views and the private pool area awaits. The dining space seamlessly connects with the living room, comfortably accommodating at least 8 guests. The kitchen is a chef's haven, equipped with two ovens, two microwaves, a dedicated beverage fridge, two sinks, and more. This floor also houses a master suite with a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a private bathroom.

Venturing down to the first floor you can enjoy the convenience of an “indoor cabana”, crafting your favorite foods in the kitchenette, complete with a full size fridge, sink, cabinets, microwave, and an ice maker, to enjoy drinks at the sparkling pool outside. A guest room with a king bed and twin bunks is nearby, providing direct access to the patio and pool area. The first-floor is also home to a newly added game room that offers a pool table that can convert into a ping pong table, shuffleboard, and a large TV for gaming excitement

The carriage house serves as an excellent retreat for guests seeking privacy or additional sleeping arrangements. The second level comprises a full living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The third level offers a king bed and a loft with a twin bed, accompanied by another full bathroom.

La Luna offers exclusive amenities, including a private pool with a water feature, easy beach access, four complimentary bikes, ten beach chairs, and parking for up to five vehicles. Its proximity to renowned shops and restaurants ensures that La Luna will transform your beach vacation dreams into a reality!

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.


PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

  We expected more for the price. The house was dated and dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen that got progressively worse throughout the week. The smell was so bad in the 2nd half of the week that our party avoided being inside. The WiFi was terrible! It never worked and was unavailable altogether for most of the property. This house is way overpriced for the condition. We will not return and suggest others look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

  La Luna really has a lot going for it.
  
  Our party consisted of two families for a total of ten guests none of which were little kids. The main house and adjacent carriage house provided plenty of space for our group. None of the twin bunks were needed. The adjoining den and kitchen were very spacious with lots of seating, a nice big TV and a great view of the beach.
  
  The location and view of the beach from the second and third floors (including den, kitchen, bedrooms and balconies) were amazing. The beach access was only a short walk from the house which was super convenient. While lots of other people were being dropped off at the beach access (no parking), we could walk to it in less than five minutes.
  
  The beds were comfortable and the furniture was top notch. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The bathrooms were nice. The downstairs game room was fun. The game room must be brand new as the paint smelled fresh. The garage included several useful items (wagons, toys, chairs, umbrella). Four bikes were included.
  
  The house included a beautiful pool and spa which were connected, and the spa overflowed into the pool.
  
  Overall we loved the house, the view and the location. We would gladly stay there again. The only negatives were maintenance related and not serious. The bikes needed some maintenance (flat tires, loose seat and loose handle bars that came off during a ride). When we arrived at the property, the pool and spa were dirty from a recent storm (understandable). The spa heat was off. There was no control panel near the spa to turn on the jets. After a few days of talking to the property manager (Donna was great btw!), we figured out how to turn on the spa heat which also heated up the pool as they are connected. Unfortunately the pump timer (and heat) turned off in the early evening when most people would want to use the spa. According to the pool guy, the spa jets would not function due to equipment malfunction.
