This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 3rd floor exudes a bright, airy beach vibe and offers direct beach access with no streets to cross. Just steps away from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo features a covered balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast. From the balcony, you can hear the soothing sounds of waves crashing and feel as if the surf is just within reach.

Perfect for up to 7 guests, the master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with a full Gulf view and features an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom includes a Queen and Twin Bed with an attached bathroom, also accessible from the living area. The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, along with a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with stunning views of the Gulf. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

  My sister and I had a much needed, three night, beach getaway. We have stayed in other units in this building and this one was the best so far. Appeared newly renovated and we both slept great on our beds. No one slept in the single bed, so can’t review that one. Very nice location. Beech not too crowded in this area. Lots to do close by with several nice restaurants. Very nice to have a balcony and this one had plenty of seating. Hope this unit will be available next visit. Definitely hope to rent this unit again.

  You can't beat the aquamarine water and soft white sand beach front views. We had a small hitch with the condo that customer service got corrected quickly and courteously. I highly recommend this rental.
