Resort Amenities & Beach Service:
Guests staying between March 1 and October 31 can reserve beach service, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, for $65/day through a third-party provider. Take full advantage of the resort's exceptional amenities, including two beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and grilling stations, all just steps away from the pristine Gulf shore.

Silver Beach Towers also features two expansive swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a gas BBQ grill area. Key fob access ensures secure entry to the building’s exterior doors, and the carpeted, air-conditioned interior hallways provide easy access to all units. Two elevators service only three condos per floor, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Important Update:
The Silver Beach Towers HOA is conducting an exterior waterproofing project scheduled to run from mid-December 2024 through early summer 2025. During this time, guests may or may not encounter occasional inconveniences such as construction noise, limited access to certain amenities, or restricted use of balconies. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does not include an on-site fitness center. Travelers seeking fitness amenities can easily purchase guest passes at one of the many local gym or fitness locations nearby.
