The private three-bedroom home is just steps from a mile of white sandy beach with seven private access points. You will enjoy two complimentary beach loungers and an umbrella daily from March 1st through October 31st. Sit on one of the two fully furnished covered porches for morning coffee or enjoy your beverage of choice while facing a lush Floridian-style garden courtyard with lit palm trees in the evening.

GemStone embodies coastal elegance; the newly decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has been designed with work from local artists. The luxury property features solid white oak floors, Café appliances, and the latest technology with high-speed internet and three Frame televisions.

Located in the beautiful Carillon Beach Resort Community - A Village by the Sea, GemStone is only 2 miles from Rosemary Beach. You may spend your vacation on the private beach of Carillon, playing pickleball, or exploring the villages of scenic 30A. The resort offers a full-size basketball court, pickleball courts, a playground, a play house, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools - a children's pool and a beachfront pool (both heated seasonally based on HOA discretion with the cooler weather), and a lake pool which allows for adult-only lap swimming from 8-10am. You may walk down a tree-lined promenade to enjoy a Sunday church service at the Chapel with your family or friends. At GemStone, you will make memories to treasure for a lifetime!

Carillon prioritizes the safety and security of its community. To support this, you must register every vehicle with SymLiv to gain access to this community and amenities. You will obtain a QR code/PIN number for easy access to all amenities. There is a $35 per vehicle fee due to SymLiv at time of registration.

We also have you set up with Hair Dryers in every bathroom and both a Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker for your enjoyment!
