The location couldn’t be better: you’re just over a minute from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (with more than 120 designer stores and 10 restaurants), and close to all the local surf shops and beachside dining up and down Scenic Gulf Drive.

The community offers a heated gulf-front pool (seasonally heated Oct–Mar), charcoal BBQ grills, and complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella set up daily, free of charge) available seasonally from March 1 – November 30. No hauling chairs to the beach, just walk out and relax!

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout with modern coastal décor, new furnishings and flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. The living room opens to a private balcony with direct, unobstructed gulf views — perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Master Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Second Level): King bed with Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Bedroom 3 (Second Level): Queen bed + Twin bed, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom (tub/shower combo).

The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.
