Welcome to Thyme to Unwind, a stunning home that is a short 2-3 minute stroll to the sugar white sands of Seagrove Beach. With seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, this residence is thoughtfully designed for multi-family stays, offering exceptional comfort, entertainment, and coastal luxury throughout.

This expansive home includes a complimentary six-seater golf cart, eight adult bikes, a private seasonally heated pool, a full game room, elevator access to every floor, and a top-level rooftop deck with breathtaking emerald coast views. Every detail has been selected to elevate your stay and give you the vacation you deserve. The home also provides daily complimentary beach setups, which include two chairs and one umbrella from March 1st - October 31st for additional chairs guests can contact the company provided in the guidebook upon check in. 6 additional beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take down to the beach during your stay. The home also provides all linens, including comforter covers, are fully laundered after every stay.

The First Floor features full-time entertainment and 2 King Guest Suites each with a private bathroom and shower. Guests are welcomed by a spacious living area with a large sectional and television. The game room includes shuffleboard, Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars Pinball Machines, and a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker and beverage refrigerator. If you want to transition from having fun to breaking a sweat, a complimentary Peloton Bike is also ready for you!

The Second Floor features the Main Living Level. The open concept living and dining spaces offer tremendous room for gathering, with an oversized sectional, plush seating, and a large dining table that seats more than fifteen guests. The gourmet kitchen includes high end stainless appliances, a generous center island, and exceptional design elements. This level includes two additional bedrooms, a King Suite with a private bathroom and a bunk room with two full over full bunks and a shared bathroom.

The Third Floor features a variety of bedroom layouts ideal for families and groups. A King Guest room shares a bathroom with the second living area, which includes a queen sleeper sofa. Another King Guest Suite offers a private bathroom with a glass front shower. The Primary Suite completes this floor, showcasing a luxurious King bed, a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and French doors opening to a private balcony with peaceful Gulf views.

The Fourth Floor features a true showstopper Rooftop Deck offering panoramic views of the emerald coastline. Enjoy morning coffee with ocean breezes, lounge with friends, or unwind with sunset cocktails in this unforgettable outdoor space.

Outdoor Living at it's finest with your own private pool area designed for relaxation and entertaining, complete with chaise lounges, a gas firepit, and a large gas grill. This inviting outdoor space offers the perfect backdrop for long sunny afternoons and memorable evenings.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool heat is not available May 1 - October 1.
